Returns/Exchanges

Returns/ Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions only:

Item has not been used and is in original packaging. No items will be accepted if there is  pet hair, scratches or signs of wear. We can not resell a used pad!

 No items will be accepted showing wear or use.No items will be accepted back after 30 days of shipment (our shipment). Size exchanges are welcome as long as the pad is NEW and NOT USED.

Exchanges: Customer is responsible for paying for shipping to us and return shipping back to you. We will send an invoice for the shipping charges before we ship your exchange out.
